TEMPERAMENT TESTING
It is important that your dog be social with the other guests at Orlando Canine Country Club. Each guest will enjoy our outdoor areas in a group environment and, therefore, must be able to get along with other dogs. Each dog will be required to visit Orlando Canine Country Club for a supervised “trial time." Visits can be as short as 30 minutes or up to 1 hour as our staff introduces your dog to the facility and evaluates their temperament. Please contact us to set up an appointment.

*Temperament Testing does not guarantee your dog will be social during its stay. If your dog is unsocial with other dogs, you will incur an additional $10 per day charge for individual, supervised sessions for your dog. If you know your dog is NOT social, you MUST provide us with this information. We may still be able to accept your dog, but you will incur the $10 additional charge per day.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
It is important to keep our environment safe, and the staff at Orlando Canine Country Club is authorized to refuse any breed of dog. Because of the concern of our clients and staff, we may refuse dogs of aggressive breeds, dogs that may endanger our staff, or dogs that become aggressive when boarding.

ACCESSORIES
All dogs are required to wear a harness at all times. If you do not have a harness, please purchase one before your visit, or you can rent one from us for $2 per day. Please leash your dog when entering and exiting the facility.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
DOGS: Bordetella (every 6 months), Distemper, and Rabies
CATS: FVRCP

Please bring your pets' vaccination records when you make your first visit for trial time. For existing customers, make sure you fax or mail us a copy when you take your pet for their annual vaccinations. Vaccinations take 4-5 days to become effective, so please do not make a reservation if your pet is not vaccinated 4-5 days before boarding.

FLEA/TICK MEDICATION
The OCCC is treated monthly, inside and out, with a pet friendly, all natural pesticide for fleas and ticks. We recommend that you maintain a year-round treatment for ticks and fleas in order to protect your dog and the facility. The OCCC is NOT responsible for any pet that may become infested with fleas or ticks from our outdoor facilities.
